I wrote this in about an hour today, thought you guys would appreciate it. First proper 8bit

This is a song that very gradually came together. It was originally a short song with basic LSDJ along with piano and drum samples converted to 8-bit. I elongated that draft and added more piano and some synth strings, then handed it off to David Van Amburg of Polka Glocks for a collab. He added the rap vocals. My friend Logan did some edits to make that glitchy piano effect. Then I added the vocal chorus, computer voices, and a lot of drumming. At various stages this song sat untouched in my computer for months. It ended up taking a little over a year to complete. It's the first completed song for my music project Okay Horse. You see here’s the thing…you take a mushroom, an LSD stamp or whatever and the worlds change, but it changes in ways so deep that it's never the same anymore. Then you come back to reality and you realize that if by tacking a substance the reality changed so much than the reality that you experience really exists within yourself and not outside. This is the first time with me playing around with GarageBand. I got magical8bit plug-in working fine, and I was messing around with looping. Very basic and monotonous, but it's a start :)

A crazy Song...

Phew, this time it was really close. Working day + Family eastern lunch almost made this impossible. And talk about learning new program (LSDJ) at same time. So this is my first tune on LSDJ and i just started the program first time today. Sound quality is awful for some unknown reasons. Not big fan of emulators, so recorded it from real thing. Uploading better version when i find where the problem is. Oh and tune is damn simple and short (and does include modulation).
